Graphics are fairly accurate to the show (Aside from a few PINGAS stuff)
But certain parts of the character feels a tad lackluster. Although i do like how he always gives himself a promotion as a winpose. 
I would explain more but I dont have much else than to say this below

If I ever were to make my own AOSTH (YTP) Robotnik. I'd kinda make him a bit more serious. Funny parts is aside.

As Much as I prefer A Sonic.EXE that doesn't poorly uses Claymizer's Sonic character and also being overused. (Both this and the vanilla)
Its one of the worst ones.

Bloated stats, Minimal editing, Lacking. .Etc
Theres better ones out there like that Edit of Dark Chaos' + DarkLuigi's Sonic.EXE
or ZaBujCaMILAN's Bunch of sonic.EXEs

If one really want to make some medium sized sonic with similar sprites. Best just make it from scratch and just find some ideas.

By the way: I Dont hate Sonic.EXE . (Fight me) I still like it.

Despite I dont care much for it (And how much uncreativity using the infamous old dedil as a base)

Its a decent effort for some cosmetic changes and sound changes from a japanese character to the west
