MEGA Winmugen Cheapies Character Pack over, 1,000+ Cheapies! (Download)

Hello,
I decided to do something new with all these cheapies I gathered. these cheapies I present to you were gathered and collected by me for a huge project called winmugen mugen ax over 3,000 cheapies project. BUT, unforunately I hit a MAJOR road block when doing that project.
When I added 50 more cheapies unto the roster, the mugen wouldn't start anymore. now I know it's nothing new that cheapies can prevent mugen from starting, glitch mugen, mess up mugen, etc.. but this was a whole different problem I just couldn't fix. I did research and apparently, no fix was available for this. I looked to see what character did it and since there was over 1,000 chars it was pretty difficult.
Either way, because of this I decided to drop the project completely and instead, present you guys the mugen cheapies from said collection. you guys can still download the mugen if you want, which btw link to it is here:
But don't expect it to be completed anytime soon for it is now a closed project. either way, preview of said chars is in this video here:

Hi, I bet you're all familiar with this mugen so here's some info about this mugen, this mugen actually was released as a full game before but partially filled and the homie RAMON GARCIA has posted about it before on this link here:
BUT, everyone voted that I do it and actually complete it as you can see months ago, and it was added onto the mugen to-do list. not going to lie to you, this mugen was actually hard to even try to complete and it makes sense why it wasn't completed lmao, the randomselects weren't normal they were like: "randomselect;013" and it made it somewhat hard I actually DID manage to complete this but the roster was severely mis-aligned and I had to start over, I started over good and then for some reason the roster was mis-aligned to the left as you can see in the video. I did double check and counted correctly each slot to add chars for accuracy and it just turns out like this either way therefore showing another major reason why this wasn't completed lol this SP is unfortunately really flawed in terms of adding chars but in terms of design, gameplay, etc.. it's really good and I wouldn't let a mis-aligned roster stop you from enjoying this mugen. this screenpack is made by brow777 and AXE and the thing I would definitely like to let you guys know in regards of this mugen is that...
This has some RARE mugen chars and if it's not considered rare to some or even most to you, I mean rare as in chars from rare mugen games from like the years 2010-2015 and such. like there's all the chars from Capcom Fighting Evolution mugen and either way.. please keep in mind like I stated earlier in this desc that this mugen was ALREADY completed but it was misaligned so you'll have the mugen will ALL the chars but it will not match up with what's in the game. I asked people in my discord server if they rather wait until it's completed or if I should release a part 1 and ofc the 1st option wins so you see the mugen here. if you want to complete the mugen yourself you can, but if you want to get this part 1 and don't mind all the chars not showing up and only partial of them and wait for me to complete it then that's fine as well. when the mugen is completed I'll provide a link to the select.def and updated folder of the stages instead of the whole mugen again.

I decided, to do a showcase on this lovely first screenpack made by nomi. it is amazing and it's beyond any winmugen screenpack I've ever seen. I made a whole roster on this mugen, and ofc as I said in the beginning did a showcase on it but, it didn't have much of a roster when I showcased it. so, I don't want people to think I'm clickbaiting lol I just decided to strictly do a showcase on the screenpack and overall test it.
Then, filled it up with the winmugen chars I had saved within my grasp that I just collected for whatever future use. all from rare mugens btw, since this was a mainly winmugen screenpack. this has 50/50 cheapies and normal chars. but either way, I think it's a pretty good roster in itself. it has over 980+ and there's even more room in the select0.def for you all to add unto the roster

Surprise surprise, another anime based mugen roster for you all to play with. this mugen is filled with over 3,000+ anime chars from every franchise that is available on mugen and even, anime-like visual novels/games. this roster is filled with all things relating or similar to an anime or even looks like from an anime ofc.
I know I did something like this before but with JUS, but I decided to amp up the difficulty and make a final anime based roster mugen with 3,000 anime chars with not just JUS, but chibi, full-sized and list goes on. so if anime is your thing, then this mugen is for you.

Mugen Ax (Winmugen Ver) Cheapie Edition over, 1,000+ cheapies! PART 1

This mugen is a huge project I wanted to work on for the community. this mugen is also the last time I'll be doing mainly a cheapie-based mugen, because yknow I've done it many of times so why not end this series of those type of mugens with a bang and compile over 3,000 cheapies since I know that is possible.
I will note this now and say this is only PART 1 of this said project meaning this is big enough for someone to download this mugen with a decent amount of disk space. and, since I don't have access to cheapies off of mugen archive this was a HARD one to fill up to that amount. I had to crawl to the depths of winmugen cheapie youtube to the point I even encountered a few anti-malware and actual dragon tier cheapies that were made PUBLIC btw, keep that in mind.
So I hope you guys enjoy for I try to fill this up the best way I can, and hopefully you all can also make good use of this mugen in a way to not only mess around with the chaoticness of this mugen but maybe getting this yourself and make use of the characters on there to add onto your own rosters as well

Remember, this is part 1 this isn't the full 3,000+ cheapies so I don't want anyone to be like "how come the folder say over 3,000" it's because it will be over 3,000 but not atm lol it's a huge project I decided to challenge myself with that I know I am confident I can complete 😄 so yeah remember, to read the IMPORTANT README BY @XDEATHWING SILENCEX aka me before playing this mugen. not held responsible for what happens, I've also shown in the video preview how to backup your mugen in case a character were to mess it up timemark is: 23:52

M.U.G.E.N. Ultimate Fighting 1.0 w/ 2k chars

Finally did this posting right . anywho, this is my mugen roster for MUF 1.0 (mugen ultimate fighting 1.0) a screenpack that was posted here that has around 2k slots, they mentioned an addon of 7k slots but they didn't really give any instructions on how to add it so there's that therefore made this very easy to fill up IMO lol. anyways, the con with this is that the chars don't show up so ofc no gaps could be fixed (most of them is just chars without portraits anyways but still).
But, if you don't care about the gaps and care more for the roster/mugen itself you're free to download it here or click the download link for the post.

🥋 Kung Fu Man Edits Character Pack (DOWNLOAD)

It is HERE, as I promised on my channel (I think) but mainly on my discord server I stated that I will be making a whole folder dedicated nothing but KFM edits. and it's here, these edits actually from here and MFFA. all I can say is that these edits go NUTS and they are all definitely worth being on the roster. if you don't really care for KFM, like most people do (well people I know) then this may not be for you. BUT, definitely at least give it a go if you have time. I didn't care about KFM until I made this pack so that's something new. definitely like the dude now.
Anyways enjoy and have a happy new years everyone! happy holidays as wel since christmas stuff still being promoted lol 🙂

🦢 Orochi/Mizuchi Edits Character Pack (DOWNLOAD)

It's finally here. the last KOF edit...for now I think...
Either way let's get into it. this is finally the orochi/mizuchi edit that you guys were either expecting or waiting for. just letting you know now, this has literally around 300+ edits of this man meaning this was a HUGE one. not sure if it's as huge as the Touhou edits character pack but I would assume it's around that amount. either way, this was 13gb before getting compressed so it's pretty huge. as per usual, this consists of cheapies/nulls/nukes and such. nothing that can tamper with code for sure if you're wondering.
I am also certain, that one of these edits only work for WinMugen as well but I am not too sure you'll just have to see the preview for yourself. but I am certain one or two of them work for winmugen. (I mean after all most cheapies work for it anyway) also, yes this does come around two parts because it's just simply that huge. I haven't gotten my Google One subscription taken care of so it had to be in one mediafire link and one google drive link so that's how it's in two parts. (I am going thru it fr lol)
Either way, I hope you enjoy this edit character pack as much as I did because these edits went NUTS. preview for this is here:

I think you saw this coming as well lol. AS per usual, this has a lot of cheapies but no nulls so far I know I said in the description of the preview that God Kyo might be a null but I was so wrong lol since, when I did the video he wasn't. he was more of a cheapie of course. either way, this collection too consists of 100+ edits and on top of that, is a completed collection. well somewhat, since when I was downloading one kyoko (female ver of kyo) edit was not downloadable so there's that.
Either way, all of these edits are for sure roster-worthy. none disappointing here, and it's all fun. and they are all playable. if you love Kyo, then this pack is for you.

I think y'all saw this one coming 😄 but here is the Iori edits collection! this is also all from MFFA and, as per usual the preview shows only the tip of the iceberg of this collection. this has around 100+ edit of Iori. this includes some element edits as well too isn't that neat? of course there are a few cheapies but a null? nah. no nulls in this one, but these edits do go NUTS and they are never a bore, most of the edits are definitely roster worthy trust me.

Yes yes I have ANOTHER KOF edit character pack collection for you all. this time it's for the one and only Kula Diamond! aka K''s girlfrennn jk not really idk I haven't read the KOF manga in a while like I know KOF got a WHOLE story line. anywho, this contains EVERY Kula edit from the MFFA kula collection post, meaning yes there will be cheapies and, there is actually ONE null character called: "Arrabella Rose Bakudan" that is a null/nuke character actually and not only that but this collection isn't entirely complete considering there is 6 missing kula edits. more info is in the desc of my video preview. so to this day it would be considered maybe around 96% or 97% complete in a way. there's over 100+ edits of kula in this very pack.

The preview of these characters you're seeing in the video below is just the tip of the iceberg. there's actually around 100+ K' edits and in this mugen I just simply wanted to put a few. 𓆩⟡𓆪 Yes, hi another character pack from me that I compiled. this consists of EVERY Athena KOF edit from MFFA. I think I did get some from other websites and of course here but, that's as much that is there can be. surprisingly, there isn't that much Athena edits out there so don't expect this folder to be too big.
I just hope nonetheless, you guys enjoy because these were some genuinely good Athena edits. note that in the preview not ALL of the Athena edits appeared so keep that in mind don't let the video preview fool you, there is a decent amount just not a lot that's all.

𓆩♡𓆪 Hi, so if you aren't in my discord then this video/pack may come to you as a surprise, but surprise I am also doing character packs now. in this character pack, this consists of EVERY Touhou edit there is out there. yes EVERY, meaning the ones here and the ones from MFFA has all been compiled into one file. this consists of cheapies/nulls and your average edits.
NOTE: some of them are WINMUGEN only and I think there is a text file explain which ones are winmugen only and how others are 1.0/1.1 only. so keep that in mind either way I hope you guys enjoy this pack. I forgot to mention that in the description of the video I go in more depth, the roster you see is only the tip of the iceberg of how many touhou chars there are. some don't show up because they require you do certain changes or edits to the .def files of certain characters. forgotten to mention that either way yeah here's a preview:
