DAMN HOW MANY SLOTS? like ngl I know and I mean I KNOW I made some pretty heft big mugen rosters that's around 3k to even 9k but DAMN this one is HUGE 

edit: I know its 36864 slots but even im convinced there isn't THAT much mugen chars out there, and if there was it would take forever actually.

No method is working? last resort is trying you can just open up the download link of the file that you wish to download in a browser. then in the address bar where the link is present, remove "uc" part of the link and type in "open" instead.

Hi, so after being able to finally finish this mugen. it was actually able to hold up 8k chars, it was NEARLY 9k but it's not exactly 9,004. it's actually a lil bit less than that.
