Gotenks here is pretty dang solid, and could easily rival / beat Gohan_SV, but the only thing holding him back is him not having AI.

The best Vegeta that's greater / equal to NitroMugen30's Vegeta.
He may not have the transformations, but he has the skill, the effort, and VERY hard work put into him.
HIGHLY reccomended to try this Vegeta out.
