Ryu Classic

As the name says, this is a "Classic" version of Ryu made by Pioupiou, as in he still plays like the SFA series but has various stuff from the other SF games excluding EX. (for example, his red headband from SF2.)
A good version, even if it's pretty old. Only downside is that it doesn't have AI.

A pretty decent version of (Iron) Robert Garcia, this one based on his 2001 incarnation or alternatively his '95 one. Has a custom super and he has the dodge system from the older KOF games.
His AI is good and he likes to spam his Haoh Sho Koh Ken at the opponent at a certain distance.

Captain Commando

One of the oldest Captain Commandos converted from Marvel vs. Capcom, made by Zolagun. IIRC it was hard to find and I found this on an old CD at Internet Archive.
This version is pretty fun to play, and he has all his attacks from said game (ripped from the PSX version), plus a Saki striker by pressing X+A. I haven't seen glitches in-game, aside from his Captain Storm hyper not ending normally.
Launchers: Standing Roundhouse and Crouching Strong.
