Thank you for uploading Mikita's characters. For whatever reason the wayback machine isn't wanting to let me download them.

Sorry, I'm afraid I don't. I am working on a compilation, but its using a newer screenpack. When that compilation is done you're welcome to pull the stages from it and put it in whatever you want, but I wouldn't hold your breath on it releasing any time soon. 

Any time I use the X or Y buttons he gets stuck, is that normal for this character?

Hmm, could you send me your select.def? I'd like to try some things out and see what might be causing it. 
Also now that I think of it, there could be a limit to how many characters can share a slot that I never took into account. I should ask the guys in the IKEMEN Discord about it

Also an AI-only character (in IKEMEN at least)

In my experience, in IKEMEN anyway, this Clone Zero as well as his Original Zero are AI only (they automatically fight on their own even when player controlled.)

SO I don't know what's going on here but 7Zip thinks the patch is a virus and won't let me open it. 

For what is worth mentioning, Redhot's Venom is missing in this pack.

Whoopsie, I didn't know it applies the version number to the name. Would probably have just left it blank or default if I could instead of saying "Unknown".
