This is the place where the creature known as perfect cell was borned, and yes, for those who didn't saw the anime, Dr. Gero is the creator of perfect cell, Dr. Gero worked for the red ribbon army, the army that Goku destroyed just when he was a kid, so Dr. Gero created this creature that have Piccolo and Goku's DNA, and who can swallow people through his tail and get their power so he can stop Goku, but, spoiler alert, Goku's son destroyed this creature, anyway have fun with this stage that regardless of checking the def file, there wasn't any author, so who ever created this stage he did a great job, but it's a shame that me and other people who will download this stage don't know who to thank for creating it
