Literally the best version of Perfect Cell to ever exist in MUGEN, PERIOD.

Worth a download with how powerful and accurate he is.

This is the best version of Cell that I have encountered very brutal aggressive AI with devastating special moves highly recommend to others and definitely deserve to be 5star !
