    This character was made by Kaz, but the palettes were modded by me, Kazuma Yoshikaze. This is just a palette patch of Chun Li SF3 Marvel. First palette looks familiar, it's the color palette in SF3 3S Online Edition Color Pack 1 for dlc, finally achieved.     Due to what DeathColdUA said, well I have a solution for that. I have my own character roster with which I would like to edit on its select.def file, and yes, it works depending on the mugen version. I dare to challenge this game's AI with my mugen characters roster. With some tweaking, its possible to make the game interesting. See for yourselves if I do make a video based on this one.
