This character was made by Kaz, but the palettes were modded by me, Kazuma Yoshikaze. This is just a palette patch of Chun Li SF3 Marvel. First palette looks familiar, it's the color palette in SF3 3S Online Edition Color Pack 1 for dlc, finally achieved. This is 3rd Strike Chun Li brought to you by Kazuma Yoshikaze. 12th palette can't be changed though, the effects are locked in there.

Updated the 6th palette and changed it. now it should work. Sorry I didn't see the change from earlier.
