My name is Jenonen. I've been updating it off and on throughout the years and uploaded her to Mugen Archive before, but I don't like how I can't update my files and I'm just forced to uploaded multiple obsolete copies to their database. After I updated her from winmugen to 1.1 and added 12 palettes and custom intros for other characters, like Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, I felt I made enough progress to upload her somewhere else.
