He is a Turtle Ship with good attack and hit points. This version of ship, however, does not take itself seriously. Rather, this ship spams projectiles accurate and inaccurate to the game, and can sink beneath the stage to jump up and crush the enemy. It is called Funny Yi's Turtle Ship, after all.
