He is a dwarf from Dwarf Fortress, using the moves from both Fortress and Adventure modes. You may notice that he moves differently, that's because Brergrsart used posadd instead of velocity so that he can simulate the grid effect of how objects move in Dwarf Fortress. Also Urist hates elves...if you have an elf character in MUGEN, you may want to be careful.
