AI: Difficult / Powerful / Near Impossible This character is quite literally the entire meme of "For her neutral special: she wields a gun" but multiplied by 30. I believe she even has helpers from The Scarlet Devil Mansion, as well as being able to perform James Bond signature screen shot that does stun damage. Be warned: Her 12th Palette is all of her skills, and she will take little to no damage in that form. She is very stylish to watch fight and play as however.
