Not to be confused with Neo Overlord or Superoverlord Meep, featuring at least 500% more spam, teleport abuse, anticheap abilities, massive regen, permanent armor, and more, this version of Neo Meep can easily handle almost any character you throw at him. He does, however, falter against certain techniques that he ironically employs in his own attacks in the anticheap mode (called Unfair Mode), so characters that use those can easily outclass him, but he's still far stronger than most of Meep140's previous creations, barring Superoverlord Meep at least.
