This version of Phoenix is absolutely amazing. Inspired by UMVC3, this version adds a lot of what this character previously didn't have, including his assists with Maya, along with all of his original hypers from the game, including his level 3, in which you can only do if you collect all 3 pieces of evidence and land a successful objection to enter "Turnabout Mode". While in this mode, he gets a significant increase and both attack and damage, along with being able to resist death entirely until it runs out. When it isn't active, he also has "Once More" and "Second Chance". This allows him to resist a fatal hit or combo, retaining 1 hp through the hitstun. His meter will constantly increase as well. His sixth pallete, titled "Turnabout Terror" gives him a massive defense and attack buff, making him immune to any form of knockback as well. His AI was also buffed really nicely. Once you get used short and awkward attacks, you can get some really nice combos going on, or be a keep-away zoner, as he can excel in both very effectively.
