IIRC it was hard to find and I found this on an old CD at Internet Archive. This version is pretty fun to play, and he has all his attacks from said game (ripped from the PSX version), plus a Saki striker by pressing X+A. I haven't seen glitches in-game, aside from his Captain Storm hyper not ending normally. Launchers: Standing Roundhouse and Crouching Strong.
