This seems to be a Super Star sprited version of Marx with some of Star Allies moveset from what Fighter Factory showed me. His AI is pretty tough, and he can be pretty brutal, but from what I hear, is that this is a remake of a somewhat W.I.P. character. Pretty good nonetheless.
