Default Palette now uses a more blue color identical to Mario's (you can simply just change the first palette (A) by setting it as "luigi.act" (without quotations) The Dash Attack functions a little more like how it works in smash. AI Mostly built off of Dark Luigi's AI patch No Higher Pitched Mario voice clips/SSB64/SSBM Luigi Voice clips. So its now the actual luigi voice.
