He is extremely tough and comes with many moves and 6 palettes. Choosing Palette 1 till 5 allows him to be controlled by the player, and palette 6 is reserved for AI only. He contains voiceclips from Jedah from Darkstalkers, probably because DIO and Jedah share voice actors Isshin Chiba. Despite being a JoJo character he takes away from King of Fighters and has 6 buttons instead of 3 + stand button.
