Most notably his portraits have been reworked to not feature jacket DIO, but his actual high form. This DIO also comes with an OVA patch and an ASB patch, the OVA patch is the most interesting one in my opinion. As it comes with a unique small port and a special portrait for the new oil tanker. Sadly this DIO has some issues with mugen 1.0, especially with the SOFF stand rush. So my advice would be to not use the move, or to either use Winmugen for which the character was intended. Or to use Ikemen GO. Uploaded for archival purposes. As Shio's Onedrive might be taken down soon.
