This was made before All Star Battle was released. So he uses Mista's voice from the GioGio PS2 game. He also seems to be based on Sarami's Josuke as his hair and skin tone change in a lot of sprites. This version also has no AI at all. I'd consider skipping this one unless you're a hardcore JoJo fan.
