This character came about when he was making Toki Hakurei and decided to backport the features of that character back into normal Toki. It's pretty much a more accurate version based on Nericya's Toki. But he also has a boss mode that can be activated by choosing palette 7-12. Where he does a Kenoh revival in the second round, and once he's done reviving a new move gets unlocked, which is a mega overpowered Hokuto Goushou Ha.
