This is just a palette patch of Chun Li SF3 Marvel. First palette looks familiar, it's the color palette in SF3 3S Online Edition Color Pack 1 for dlc, finally achieved. This is 3rd Strike Chun Li brought to you by Kazuma Yoshikaze. 12th palette can't be changed though, the effects are locked in there.
