Fitting, considering that for a long time, this character was a rare find. Until July 9, 2023, this character was lost media. Dating back to November 4, 2009, Rare is an OC cat character. Not much is known about Rare, in regards to his backstory. Rare has similar playstyle and mechanics to most of the author's creations like his brain meter that acts like his powerbar. He can uses his unicorn horn to stab oppoenents or uses his puppeteering shadow to zone or grab characters, while also allowing Rare to move quickly across the stage. Rare is shown from the release video to have an AI, but it's currently unknown how strong it is.
