It gives the Fire ability when inhaled. Hot Head is notable for being one of the first few enemies Kirby often comes across in the beginnings of many of his journeys alongside Waddle Dee, Blade Knight, Sir Kibble, Poppy Bros. Jr., Waddle Doo, and Sparky, though he does not appear in games with Helpers, with Burning Leo taking his place.
