Only thing he's missing is his Golden Form and a little bit of overpoweredness to truly scale up to the likes of even Frieza, but he can fight quite well, his sprites are actually not as choppy as previous DBFZ characters, and the effects are a lot cleaner this time around! Worth giving a try, even for a test run. My only gripe is that he doesn't have an English alternative or an OP alternative.
