This is pretty much the entire (not really) Nice Boat scene from the School Days anime as a MUGEN character and that's it. The gimmick of this character is... just sit back and watch the Nice Boat moving while August Wilhelmj's Air on the G String is playing. Another thing this character can do is pretty much soft lock the whole match to anything normal (does this mean this character is a Defeat Challenge? Meybe!), also both the scene and music can loop of course. As shown in the video, the scene was coded as a intro and you can skip it but it goes straight to a random Nice Boat meme I took from the Know Your Meme website.
