It comes with the "Giygas is Wounded!" theme bundled inside. Intended for Mugen 1.0 and above. As stated on the original download page: "This is just something I did in the past, So why not share it with you guys? Well to start things slowly, This stage was a little easy and it took me like... 10 to 15 minutes to complete. So In this stage, It contain many people's favorite final boss: Giygas! To be honest, The Giygas sprites are from The_None so the credits go to him.
