The series takes place during war, but consists of a lot of crude humor and "cock jokes." Tankman was one of the 13 playable characters in Newgrounds Rumble, the Newgrounds equivalent of Smash Bros. This is where Tankman's moveset is based and where his sprites are ripped from, though they're not the most cleanly ripped.
