This 2014 April Fool's Entei is the embodiment of this. Its only attack is Roar, which will activate if it chooses to attack or is attacked, and all it does is make Entei run away and make itself get KOed. However, if you try to hurt it with a really cheap attack (especially a OHKO attack), Entei will reverse it with its own OHKO attack, involving a very humorous Entei picture.
