NES Silver Surfer plays exactly as he does in Arcadia Systems' Silver Surfer video game. He can only move in four directions and fire energy spheres, which barely do much damage. No matter what, he will always die in one hit, which can result from getting hit by an attack, colliding with the opponent's hitboxes, or even just spontaneously dying without any rhyme or reason. There is a reason why he is in the Joke Character tier of SpriteClub.
