Chowder is the king of B tier, and therefore the gatekeeper of when the characters start becoming bullshit. He comes equipped with the only command grab in the game and a powerful up signature. His PTE however is very lackluster and barely kills. He jumps multiple times for some reason, which is where the Kirby comparison ends as Chowder resembles Wario much more if you want to draw Smash comparisons.
