Buttercup is a decent character. Buttercup is kind of a shoto. Yikes I hate saying that but it's true. She has a very generic kit but being a Powerpuff, gives her a combo oriented focus. Buttercup is one of those characters people might say has potential to go higher (no one currently says that though) but her problem is the higher placed characters have access to better kill options while Buttercup pretty much needs to put more work in to.... work. She is very reminiscent of Blossom but the changes are noticeable. And yeah also this game doesn't have true clones.
