Monkey was supposed to be a speedy comboey character but he ended up as a sluggish mess of noodle arms with the 4th slowest average attack speed. However he has decent range and can somewhat kill and do a bit of combos but it's nothing to "wow" about when there are much more broken characters outshining you in the game. Just a really mediocre D tier character.
