According to bbpanzu, they're doing better now and even moved on to different fandoms.

BTW, the OG mod did return (with credit to the character now going to kitsuneskulls, Sky's current owner), and I'm unsure if this page can be updated now, but throwing it out there.

Also a lot of of the issue with Sky came from bbpanzu himself, not just from NSFW artists. To quote from the recent update:
"To get to the point, the whole sky incident was NOT just due to NSFW artists. to slide the blame to only them would be ignorant. A lot of what happened happened due to my pretentiousness at the time."
