I made an edit of Devo with a special intro with Polnareff. I also added more voice clips and change the "afterimage" codes.

Released
Added his stage intro. It only works when you get the "Hotel (Ebony Devil) - Alt" stage by Kung Fu Man, and when Devo is in the player 2 side (after player 2 chooses Devo and before when the round starts).
