I already set up the combo message and the announcer voice in the screenpack. All you need to do is to set it up on your Mugen.

I've already set up the screenpack to my mugen, every time I do combos, the annoucer is never heard and the combo messages never show.

Hmmm... When you open Mugen, did you open it in one of the .bat files?

Yes I have, they won't open and I keep getting this error.

I also tried using the mugen.cfg folder to install this screenpack, it works, but there was no combo message or annoucer.

@acm240 Download the file again. This time, I properly set up Broken Mugen with the combo message and the announcer's voice. Don't open up mugen.exe. Open up one of the .bat files.
