This is a Shadow Donald that can use a shadow Donald Girl as a stand, throws knives, can use a Road Roller (Burger) and has a lot more DIO moves I can't remember.

 

Great character, and heavy parryer. (Don't worry, he doesn't focus on only parries, his AI is STRONG when it comes to fighting.)
