What's New in Version 3.0

Released

- Added new AI (sorry Darkluigi...)
- Replaced explosion sprites
- Increased damage of medium/heavy normals
- Re-positioned head.pos, and mid.pos.
- Adjusted explods
- Dragon dicer (final hit) is now followed up by holding or pressing the certain attack button you used for Dragon dicer
- Changed afterimages (I did not like the one from the original edit)
- Light punch no longer combos by itself 
- Improved comboability
- Made....improvements on shock therapy....A LOT
- Frame advantages fixed
- Fiddled around with hitdef attributes a bit
- Added channel = 0 to voices
- Added blue CLSNS over red CLSNS whenever sticking out arms to attack (normals basically)
- Replaced edited subtitles with better ones (as the old took up the screen and were poorly implemented)
- Lord Brevon now flies diagonally in cape uprising.
- New Move: Sonic Mines
- Brevon can now combo from stand to crouch (or crouch to stand)
- Normals can now be comboed into specials
- Made throw moves (especially Monarch Massacre) into ACTUAL THROWS
- Added back Electrocuted animation and fixed dizzy animation (burn animation and the rest are removed for some reason....)
- Added new victory portrait (thanks, Tetsuya-the-Wise!(edited version removed also for some reason))
- Added new palettes by Kater15
