AnkokuNaitou is I believe a Japanese character and patch creator, with a wide variety of characters under their belt, ranging from Final Fantasy and Star Ocean to things like Gundam. Basically, they've made a lot of characters.

In case their website ever goes down or they decide to delete all their stuff from their OneDrive, I have backed up every single character all into a nice and neat folder for you to enjoy.
