Specifically, this is one of the giant Mech Hisuis from Mech Hisui's Arcade Mode ending in Melty Blood: Act Cadenza, after Mech Hisui rebels against Kohaku. Ironically enough, though, this one fights alongside Kohaku in M.U.G.E.N.
