Some crazy Russian serial killer. His real name is Аркадий Григорьевич Россович. That crazy snake thing coming out of his hand? I have no idea but it's pretty disgusting. It's pretty much a metal whip that comes out of his hand so a very crazy altered version of Simon Belmont I guess. As with all of Kong characters he kicks ass, but you can place him in to easy mode within his def file.
