I Put myself in M.U.G.E.N, This Character is not Done, and this is just PREVIEW.

I Use "Pygmy" Spites from Pocket God Spites, but it is in Black and White that I have not Color in.

In this is just 29.4% and Playable but He is C- Tier character.

I will 4 stars for this one. But you could put less crop porn in next update
