About This File

INSTRUCTIONS:

1- Go to Pikachu's file and put the patch there.

2- Go to the def file.

    - Go to where it says "cmd= pikachu.cmd" and change that to "cmd= pikachu (ai patch).cmd" (Don't forget the space! Yes, MUGEN is that petty 🙄)

3: Go open up MUGEN and see what Pikachu does now!
