Might as well upload this after Dr. Strange. It's Shuma Gorath, ruler of the chaos dimension. I believe he is Dr. Strange's most common antagonist and as a result arch nemesis. I could be wrong though because I don't read the comics and he faced off Dormammu in the movie

It turns out that, at least according to the LEGO playset leaks, that this actually a character named Gargantos, who is a very different creature from Shuma-Gorath.
