This character is supposed to be one of the boss characters from Knuckle Fighter, he is based on another former prime minister of Japan named Shinzo Abe. In Knuckle Fighter, he transforms into Skeletor from the 1987 film "Masters of the Universe", don't ask why that is...it's the way he was in Knuckle Fighter.

(I'll be honest, it was really hard to know which section I should put him...but since he was based on another former prime minister of Japan like Koizumi before him...I decided to put him here, however...if anyone wants to move him somewhere else, they are welcomed to.)

You mean Palpatine from Star Wars? Cause I don't think any Star Wars characters had been made for Knuckle Fighter yet.
