  4. Tiff Lagomorph

A shapeshifting bunny girl, who as far as I can assume is Boss Lagomorph's OC, with gameplay loosely based off the Marvel vs. Capcom series. If you like strange, obscure, and/or old stuff then you'll probably get a kick out of this.

    DOESN'T NORMALLY WORK IN 1.0+
to make it so that she DOES work in 1.0+, go to the common1.cns in her folder (not the one in your MUGEN data's folder), and where it says
    "[State 132, 1]
    type = ChangeAnim
    trigger1 = Anim != 132"
put "value = 132" underneath all that, then save

  5. Cartoon Guy

    By N_N/kil0-meter, Swoogg, Daniel9999999, Timote95 and arcadboy
A """""MVC2""""" edit of Cartoon Guy that I did with Swoogg all the way back in 2016. Swoogg pitched in a few things here and there, and I added more moves, sounds, and tons of effects.
I polished him up a little right before I uploaded this, if only to fix some of the more blatant bugs. I'm not too proud of this nowadays, though I definitely feel like there are people out there that would enjoy it a little.

  6. Kung Fu Girl [old version]

    By じょにー (Johnny)
A different version of Kung Fu Girl from the one already on the site. Compared to the other one, this one has less refined, cartoonier sprites and a pretty different moveset. If her HP gets low enough she can even call in Kung Fu Man himself!

  7. Gear'd lifebars

    By Gear Saber
A slightly modified version of the default WinMUGEN lifebars with some elements taken from the Everything vs. Everything bars. Comes with MvC-inspired hitsparks. Originates from a now-lost screenpack (I wish I had enough hindsight to save more than just the lifebars).

Here's a stage that was made all the way back in 2002. Seemingly takes place in an alternate universe where the towers didn't get attacked.

  9. Super Mario World Intro

    By nick09
This stage is pretty much a .gif of the Super Mario World title screen, or rather part of one. Comes with sound that syncs itself up to the stage. Lowres.

  10. Krusty [2002 version]

    By Warner
The very first version of Warner's very first character! Krusty started off as a spriteswap of Qkrtkf!'s Birdie, something which is made apparent here by how all of the code is completely unmodified from the original character (later versions would edit him to give him less of a resemblance to Birdie). This version of Krusty also features different sprites, less attacks (he can't throw pies, for one), and generally rougher animations. Interestingly, this Krusty was released with an English soundpack, which is funny because almost all of Warner's other characters have Spanish soundpacks instead.
Even though Krusty has obviously been updated since, I figured there'd be some interest in this artifact from the olden days of MUGEN. Warner's come a long way since May 2002.

  11. PARTY HARD

    By MOTVN
A stage featuring a complete mishmash of sprites! There's a lot of drunk/hungover characters here. Maybe they just partied too hard.

  12. Big Eli

    By Big Eli King
Big Eli King's self-insert, made way back in 2000 when there were barely any characters of the sort. Can switch between two different modes, Power and Speed. In Power mode he gets a lot bulkier at the cost of his mobility, and in Speed he becomes faster at the cost of having weaker attacks. A fairly standard but interesting character nonetheless.

  14. Margen

    By K-Ponata (source: https://web.archive.org/web/20031126062424/http://www.planetmugen.com/personajes/hospedados/margen.html)
A nicely-animated OC from 2003. Largely based off of Kung Fu Man, though he does have a couple original moves here and there. One move involves him attacking with the Ace of Wands, while his intro involves him summoning the Monty Python foot. With his fluctuating sprite quality, it seems as if Margen is unfinished, though he's got some funny animations nevertheless.

  16. Mr. Game and Watch

    By GIF_Mr.T, edited by N_N
An edit of Mr. Game & Watch that mainly makes him function more like a conventional fighting game character, i.e. his gameplay has been overhauled. There are a few new moves here and there, like a hyper where he runs up to the opponent and uses 3 different versions of Judge on them. Comes with a slightly modified version of ouchi's AI.
As I last updated this guy 4 years ago, he's a little janky. I've since abandoned him, though he's not that bad for what he is.

  17. [adult swim]

    By Dishamonpow
A simple stage done in the style of the black-and-white bumps [adult swim] is widely known for. You can tell this was made in 2007 because it talks about things like Judgespear's Homer. Lowres.

  19. Mugen TV

    By Mugen Toons
A stage that frames the battle as if it were taking place on a TV. Every now and then someone comes in and changes the channel, which also changes the background. An interesting idea, but there's only 3 different backgrounds: a Flintstones one, a South Park one, and a Peanuts one. Technically means this is also a cartoon stage? Not sure where to put this.
    Lowres, animated.

    By CoffeeFlavoredMilk
I swear it's not as bad as it looks.

One of the main characters of KonoSuba. Plays vaguely similar to a Versus-style character in the combo department, only with EX moves added and not as many features. The author describes her as a "jack-of-all-trades", with her moves either having lots of range or barely any range.

  22. Super! :3

    (":3" part of character name)
    By SuperCatFooz
A self-insert with an absolutely MONSTROUS file size, there's at least three full-length songs in his .snd file alone. Aside from the millions of effects, it's a fairly generic self-insert with not much to talk about.

  25. Crustaceo Cascarudo (aka The Krusty Krab)

By an unknown author, recreated by N_N
A recreation of a stage that has lived in my brain rent-free for the past decade (the one in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GrzXIWLDIx4). Not being able to find it anywhere, I settled for the next best thing: remaking it. It's got weird deltas and weirdly stretched sprites, but it's like that in the original too.
    Lowres, animated.
