MIKU_APPEND (Hatsune Miku UPDATED)

So appearntly YU-TOHARU updated his Miku recently and he also renamed his Miku to "MIKU_APPEND" for some reason.
Her SFF now has 6894 sprites which it's CRAZY.
So i'm not sure what has changed for her, but the only differents l saw about her is probably a ton of sounds added, a new hud, and a looking song menu with 50 sets of strikers to select at the start of the match instead of having it be RNG.
YU-TOHARU definitely has put a lot of work into his Miku, but enjoy this new, and improved Miku anyways!

There's a feature on a certain MUGEN betting site that randomly generates a character name by pulling from the names of almost everyone currently in the roster when you type in a command in the chat. One day, local MUGEN author jor8a typed in that very command and the name EXTREME PEPSI HONG MEILING was spit out. He approached me to create this character with him and behold, with our efforts combined Extreme Pepsi Hong Meiling was brought to life. While I did the moveset concept and coding, jor8a created the sprites and a few of the animations.
Extreme Pepsi Hong Meiling is a character with a strong melee game, with a wide array of projectile attacks to help her open up the enemy during neutral. If she manages to get to you, brace yourself for a ton of damage! She uses a similar projectile system to the Touhou fighting games, but instead of not being able to use projectiles after running out of energy, she still attempts the move, but horribly botches it, resulting in some self-harm.

Other Notes: The sound she makes when she gets KO'd is actually me crushing a can of Coca-Cola. Is that treachery? I'll leave that up to interpretation.

Red Mist is a reference to a popular online horror story based on SpongeBob, titled "Red Mist." The story was made in 2010 and was accompanied by an edited image of Squidward with red, misty eyes.
He is a "scary" version of Squidward. His head is the only part of him that is shown. He is a turquoise octopus with the same head shape as Squidward. Unlike Squidward, his eyes are bulging and circular. He has black pupils and scarlet-red irises, unlike Squidward's rectangular maroon-red pupils. Red Mist Squidward's defining trait is that he has bleeding black mascara around his eyes.

CPU Iris Heart

l fixed that one problem where she falls down, stay there and not get up.
The reason why it did that because sivaiscool69 forgot to change the trigger1 = name != "Iari" triggers (26 in total) in the cmd.
Changing all those triggers with trigger1 = name != "Plutia" easily fixes it.
This is indeed a reupload since someone else already uploaded this... thing, but uh yeah lmao

A Luigi that stands around doing nothing, while a minigame plays. This was designed for AI vs. AI though, probably very easy for a real player to win… he is doing nothing after all.
How the minigame works:
Tauting/Collecting a mushroom gives 5 points, and collecting coins gives 1 point, represented by the number below the timer, the color of the number represents who has more points than the other and it displays how many more points they have, the color is either red for P1 and blue for P2 side, or red when Luigi is losing the minigame and blue when he is winning it. The bombs don't seem to affect score. When the invisible minigame timer ends (probably 20 to 30 seconds like most Mario Party games), the losing side gets OHKOed.

Do you remember that first attempt at creating a Peter Griffin in the middle of the gold era of MUGEN? This is it except now completely renewed to the point where absolutely nothing from the original creation remains in there. Among the new additions is a new striker system with three possible helpers based on contemporaneous characters of similar quality, as well as many new attacks. Of course one of the new additions is an AI, an AI that thanks to the egregious chip damage his normals deal, can literaly kill you through chip damage in practically no time, that when you are not being cornered with his strikers.
A challenging fight for sure, but thankfully not because of bloated stats in the global .cns file.
