Lots of chars merged into one, it can be a good choice for undecided players.

Has 2 files for 1.0 and 1.1 (only change being a more proper charge of super finish background in 1.1)
Quite obvious but don't forget to change the folder name to randomselect10 if you want to use it for 1.0!

List of changes :
- Different system of anim :
Instead of switching to a different character almost every frame (could be seizure inducing because of some brutal size/palette changes), the character uses different anims for most of his moves.
- Power Strike super removed and replaced with a clone spawn (can only use normals and specials that aren't costing meter)
- Rain super modified : spawns at start a bunch of projectiles going upward, then downwards after a roughly 5 second delay. The most projectiles are hitting opponent when they go upward, the less will go downward.
- Lots of sprites/sounds/FX from various chars got added.
- Super finish effect added if enemy is ko'd by the Hyper beam or rain.
- 3 new intros.
- Air Dash added.
- AI added.
- Stronger modes on 9p+.

Super moves :
QCFQCF+A/B/C or
X,X,F,A,X/Y/Z : Shun Goku satsu (3 bars)
QCFQCF+X/Y/Z : Hyper Laser (1 bar, can be used in ground or air)
QCBQCB+A/B/C : Clone (2 bars and life>=20%, if there's not already a clone)
QCBQCB+X/Y/Z : Projectile rain (1 bar)

Special moves :
QCF+A/B/C : Shoryuken
QCF+X/Y/Z : Hadouken
QCB+X/Y/Z : Hadouken barrier (1/3 bar)
B+Y : Charge
